These terms govern your use of the ReliantRx Pharmacy website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

They apply to the website only. The supply of a compounded preparation is governed by the prescription, the pharmacy's own terms of supply, and Philippine pharmacy law — not by this page.

2 · Acceptable use

Use the site for its purpose: professional and educational information about the pharmacy, and general enquiries through the contact form.

You agree not to submit prescriptions, patient records or health information through the site; not to attempt unauthorised access, scraping, or interference with the site or its forms; not to submit false, misleading or impersonating information; and not to use the contact forms for unsolicited commercial messages.

The pharmacy may block a submission or restrict access where these terms are breached.

3 · No medical advice, no warranty on content

Content on this site is professional and educational information about compounding. It is not medical advice, it is not a recommendation for any patient, and it does not replace the judgement of a prescriber or a consultation with one.

Information is published in good faith and reviewed as it changes, but the site is provided “as is” and “as available”. The pharmacy makes no warranty that content is complete, current, or fit for a particular purpose, and no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free availability. Items marked [TBD] are unconfirmed and should not be relied on.

4 · Forms and submissions

The contact form is for general enquiries. It does not create a prescriber account, does not place an order, and does not constitute a prescription.

A submission is not an agreement to supply any preparation. Nothing is prepared without a valid prescription verified with the prescriber.

5 · Intellectual property

The ReliantRx name, logo, site text, layout, illustrations and code are owned by the pharmacy or its licensors and are protected under Philippine law, including Republic Act No. 8293.

You may read, print and share pages for your own professional or personal reference with attribution intact. You may not reproduce, adapt or republish site content commercially, or use the name or logo, without written permission.

6 · Third-party links and services

Where the site links to an external page or embeds a third-party service — for example a map or a spam-protection widget — that content is outside the pharmacy's control and is not endorsed by it.
