How to order
Orders reach us through the channels the pharmacy already uses. The website does not accept prescriptions yet, and nothing is prepared before the order has been verified with the prescriber.
Prescribers send the prescription. Patients are contacted by the pharmacy once it arrives.

Cold chain
A preparation that has been out of temperature is a preparation that cannot be used. Packaging is chosen per preparation, and transit is monitored to the point of handover.
If a delivery is delayed or a package arrives warm, call the pharmacy before using the preparation.
Two roles, no overlap. The prescriber decides and sends; the patient confirms and receives.
Prescriber
Writes the order, sends it through an existing channel, answers the verification call.
Patient
Confirms delivery details, settles payment, receives the preparation at handover.
Pharmacy
Verifies, compounds, releases against the written order, and holds cold chain to the door.
Not accepted
Orders without a valid prescription, and health information sent through the website.

Confirm the formulation first if it is a new preparation for you. Everything else follows the four stages above.

Wait for our call after your physician sends the prescription. If it has been longer than you expected, phone the pharmacy.
