Every compounded preparation dispensed by ReliantRx Pharmacy requires a valid prescription from a physician or other prescriber licensed to practise in the Philippines.
Nothing is prepared for stock, and nothing is prepared on a patient's request alone. Each preparation is compounded for a named patient against a written order, and the order is verified with the prescriber before any component is weighed.

Content on this site is professional and educational information about compounding practice, capabilities and process. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a treatment recommendation for any individual.
Nothing here should be used to start, stop or change a medication. Those decisions belong to the prescriber who knows the patient.
Patients: speak to the physician who wrote your prescription. For a question about a preparation the pharmacy has already dispensed, phone [TBD] rather than using the contact form.
A compounded preparation is prepared per prescription for one patient. It is not a mass-manufactured product, it does not carry an FDA certificate of product registration, and it is not evaluated or approved as a registered product.
This is a normal and expected feature of compounding, not a gap in compliance. The pharmacy itself operates under licence — PRC and FDA licence details are published on the About page → as they are confirmed.
No claim of comparative safety, efficacy or superiority over a registered product is made anywhere on this site.
The pharmacy publishes what it prepares and how it verifies it. It does not publish outcomes.
No outcome claims
No statement on this site promises a clinical result, a cure, or an improvement for any patient.
No substitution advice
The pharmacy does not advise substituting a compounded preparation for a registered product. That is the prescriber's decision.
No pricing
Prices for prescription preparations are quoted to the patient after verification, never published.
No testimonials
Patient experiences are not published as promotional material.
Compounding is a shared process, and each party holds a defined part of it.
Prescriber
Determines that a compounded preparation is appropriate, writes a complete and legible order, and responds to verification queries.
Patient or caregiver
Confirms delivery details, stores the preparation as instructed, uses it as directed, and reports anything unexpected to the prescriber.
Pharmacy
Verifies the order, compounds to standard, releases against the written order, and holds cold chain to handover.
If a delivery is delayed or a package arrives warm, call the pharmacy before using the preparation.
